Shipping policy
At DUENDE, each piece is made on demand and handled with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order:
- Production Time: Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Production may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or product-availability delays.
- Delivery Time: Shipping time begins after production is complete and varies by product, destination, fulfillment partner, and carrier. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order contents. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
- Tracking Your Order: Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Items may be fulfilled by different partners and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
- Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your package is delayed, contact contact.duendeny@gmail.com. Packages believed to be lost should be reported within seven days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Shipping Address: Please confirm that your shipping information is complete and accurate before ordering. Address changes are not guaranteed after production begins. DUENDE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
