Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier; please allow up to 30 days. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Items may arrive separately. If your package is delayed or lost, contact contact.duendeny@gmail.com for support.

Because each item is made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing, color selection, or changes of mind. For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
